Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cutting, packing, and cleaning fish to specification.
• Ensure seafood is stocked, rotated, and merchandised.
• Check product temperature for freshness and quality.
• Prepare sashimi platters and label items.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work environment.
• Provide premier customer service and engage in suggestive selling.
