Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in deli or related food service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of the Deli team.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
