The GIANT Company is hiring at its Lancaster location to enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, receive and stock items, check dates, adjust pricing on outgoing items, and perform department tasks as needed.

Formación

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must complete a food safety certification every 5 years, and teach new team members importance.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsabilidades

• Review work schedules at the start of each shift and prepare for duties, ensuring PPE requirements are met.
• Perform tasks across deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese sections; handle food preparation and display.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, shelves, and counters; assemble and label deli items.
• Prepare sandwiches, pizzas, and packaging; assist customers with meat and cheese portions.
• Manage temperature charts and sanitation logs; organize sales floor cooler and freezer.
• Plan weekly circular ads and assist with inventory and loss prevention.
