• Ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety across the department per standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, and training to deli hosts.
• Handle product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform PA announcements and assist management as needed.
• Take on duties assigned by management.
