Responsibilities include coaching staff, planning schedules, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential for delivering exceptional service and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store leadership preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, plan staffing, and manage schedules.
• Comfort with analyzing sales and shrink to drive performance.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Oversee staffing, selection and hiring to meet store needs.
• Promote career paths and development, including promotions.
• Document disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
• Manage P&L, sales targets, and shrink control for the department.
• Lead customer service initiatives and mentor staff to meet goals.
• Ensure staff training and safety standards are followed.
• Communicate Meijer Friendly Initiative in team meetings.
