The role requires supervisory experience in deli or related food service, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help train staff and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with preferred 2 years supervisory experience in deli or related food service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and communication.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training and developing the Deli team.
• Unload/store deliveries and operate deli equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
