In this role, you will supervise Deli staff, plan daily priorities, and ensure food safety compliance, while aligning team efforts with department goals and store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information and developing solutions.
• Communicate store, department, and job-specific information to associates including updates from meetings and huddles.
• Supervise/coach Deli associates, complete performance reviews and provide feedback.
