Job summary

The GIANT Company in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee deli, carryout, cafe and cheese operations. You will enter orders, schedule and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store and stock items, check dates, and adjust pricing as needed to maintain quality and profits.

You'll lead by example, ensure food safety, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver exceptional service to our customers and community.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members.
• Receive, store, stock items, check dates and adjust pricing as needed.
• Perform deli, carryout, cafe and cheese tasks and assist customers.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, display cases, floors and counters.
• Prepare and package sandwiches, pizza, meats and cheeses per SOP.
• Record loss and maintain cash handling and inventory records.
• Plan weekly circular ads and ensure proper food safety practices.
