Qualifications

• Clear customer communication when taking orders in person or by phone.
• Experience preparing deli products, including slicing and portioning.
• Understanding of deli meats, cheeses, and hot case items.
• Accuracy in portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion.
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and service speed.
• Keeping display cases stocked and visually consistent.
• Processing transactions and making accurate change using registers.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with varying demand.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 35lbs.
