Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers and taking orders in person or by phone.
• Experience preparing deli products, including slicing, assembling, and portioning.
• Knowledge of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and hot case items.
• Ability to maintain accurate labeling, pricing and portioning as part of daily operations.
• Strong organization, time management and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to keep display cases stocked, clean and visually consistent.
• Experience handling cash and making accurate change using register systems.
• Adherence to food safety, sanitation and company procedures.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing customer demand.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 35lbs.
