Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a part-time deli team member at Martin's Super Markets in Nappanee, IN. You will prepare, package, display, and stock deli products while delivering friendly guest experiences and upholding safety and food safety guidelines.

You will collaborate with team members, follow merchandising plans, label products, and assist with inventory as needed. A high school diploma and basic math skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, fry, package, and display deli products.
• Stock backroom and rotate deli inventory.
• Merchandise deli products per plan and assist guest experiences.
• Communicate tasks, recipes, weights, and cleaning steps to associates.
• Follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.
• Assist other departments as needed.
