The Fresh Market is seeking a Deli Specialist in Kentucky to ensure deli department excellence, maintain product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and food safety compliance while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will support inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and presentation, and assist with promotions and seasonal events while engaging guests on the shop floor. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Mansioni

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
