The Fresh Market in Cincinnati invites applications for a Deli Specialist who will ensure deli product freshness, proper rotation, and presentation while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with food‑safety standards.

You will support deli inventory, assist with promotions, and help maintain department readiness for seasonal events, with a focus on hospitality and quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Support guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.
• Follow all policies and food safety requirements.
