We place emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and customer service. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for long periods, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and grocery/food service experience.
• Dependable, reliable and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Friendly demeanor, strong communication, and ability to interact with customers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and prepare fresh meals.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented neatly.
• Fill, maintain, rotate products and displays in the deli area.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment (slicer, ovens, microwaves) safely and maintain equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary deli area and log shipments for accuracy.
