PCC Community Markets in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Deli Clerk to deliver excellent customer service at the deli counter and related stations. You will do basic food prep, package items, and keep the deli area clean and safe in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include following PCC recipes for grab-and-go items, assisting with merchandising, and supporting production tasks. Prior deli or kitchen experience is valued; ability to lift 10–40 lbs and stand for extended periods is

Qualifications

• Must have WA State Food Worker Card.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 10–40 lbs.
• Weekend shifts and varied hours may be required.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or deli preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent, professional customer service at the deli counter.
• Produces prepared foods per PCC recipes, including grab-and-go items.
• Maintains department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Follows safe food handling procedures.
• Manages hot bar presentation and production; may assist with merchandising.
• Performs packaging duties and may oversee production tasks.
• Participates in recipe development and costing; may perform ordering.
