99 Ranch Market, an Asian supermarket chain, is offering a trainee-to-supervisor program at our Chandler, AZ location. The trainee will undergo 6–8 months of training before being assigned to a store department to manage SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, and overall supervision.

Responsibilities include daily operations, promotions planning, and ensuring stock levels while maintaining display freshness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in related fields, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Able to work in environments with varying temperatures and lift 25+ lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; may relocate for training.

Responsabilités

• Oversee department SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, and organization.
• Manage daily department operations and meet company standards.
• Collaborate with store management to design promotions and meet sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensure freshness, and keep shelves stocked.
