Qualifications

• 2 years experience in hot deli or related fields; 1 year of management/supervisor experience required.
• Willing to travel between stores for training purposes.
• Bilingual English, Chinese and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hot deli department operations and SOPs; ensure product quality and freshness.
• Plan production and order ingredients based on inventory and sales trends.
• Supervise staff, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
