Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Review historical data to predict sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory.
• Check inventory on trucks, unload, and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Accountable for deli sales, labor, and profitability objectives.
• Enforce quality control and food safety standards; rotate stock.
• Provide customer service and assist with catering and delivery orders.
