Brookshire Grocery Company in Sulphur Springs, TX invites an Assistant Deli Manager to lead daily deli operations, train partners, and help plan schedules. You will work with upper management to optimize inventory, pricing, and displays while maintaining exceptional food quality and customer service.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, food handler and manager food safety certifications, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of deli or food-service experience.
• Food handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• Must be 18+ and at least 21 to drive for company business.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Train and supervise deli partners and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, sales data, and promotions review.
• Promote department sales and ensure food safety standards.
• Prepare and display hot and cold foods per standards.
• Assist with catering and delivery orders.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
