Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous customer service by fulfilling customer requests for deli products.
• Follow all regulations and company policies regarding Deli operations, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workplace by enforcing 'clean as you go'.
• Assist in achieving financial goals including sales, gross profit, and shrink minimization.
• Adhere to policy in processing, preparation, and packaging of products.
• Follow Shrink guidelines and track discards.
• Complete paperwork related to Deli Department (e.g., KLT, SIR380).
• Ensure proper temperatures in cooler, cases, and equipment are working.
• Follow Deli Manager directions and act in their absence.
