Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills; ability to follow through to complete tasks.
• Basic literacy and basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Assist deli manager with day-to-day operations, scheduling, inventory maintenance and financial aspects.
• Merchandise deli products including pricing, rotation, shelf space and displays.
• Prepare in-store made prepared foods and chicken/side orders for Roaster Chicken program.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness per corporate and state regulations; operate deli equipment.
• Stock deli warehouse orders and maintain logs for cold/hot/cooling conditions.
• Adhere to company policies and strive to minimize shrink.
