Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and act on inventory data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deli staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and development.
• Schedule, assign, and direct work to ensure service standards.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and product rotation to control shrink.
• Review sales and labor data; communicate findings to management.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation across the deli department.
