Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.
• Minimum age 18.
• 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and develop partners; plan and direct work.
• Review historical data to forecast sales; manage inventory.
• Check inventory on trucks; ensure accurate orders and paperwork.
• Oversee deli sales, labor, and profitability goals.
• Enforce food safety standards and rotate dated products.
• Plan work priorities and allocate tasks for staff.
• Assist with slicing, packaging, and catering orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Provide friendly customer service by greeting and taking orders.
