Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and develop partners; schedule and direct work.
• Review sales data, manage inventory, and report to management.
• Check truck inventory and paperwork; ensure accuracy of orders.
• Manage deli sales, labor, and profitability objectives.
• Enforce quality control and food safety; inspect prepared foods.
