You’ll lead a team, train partners, and coordinate with vendors to sustain excellent store performance. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities in a dynamic retail setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with related experience or higher education.
• Food handler certification required and manager food safety certification desirable.
• Age requirements: 18+ to work; 21+ to drive for company business.

Mansioni

• Leads department staff including interviewing, hiring, training and development.
• Reviews historical data to predict sales from ads and promotions.
• Manages inventory to maintain in-stock levels and performs P&L reviews.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and compliant displays.
• Opens/closes store and ensures staffing and cash controls.
