Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and standard practices.
• In the absence of the department manager, manage department operations per policy.
• Maintain neat, groomed appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Recognize and coach associates delivering great service to meet expectations.
• Understand and use company tools such as financial reports, scheduling, productivity, and POS systems.
• Maintain communication with store manager and organization.
