Job summary

The Fresh Market in Little Rock is seeking a Deli Manager to lead the department, oversee inventory, pricing integrity, and staff training. You will ensure efficient operations and maintain high guest service standards throughout the day.

You’ll direct the deli team to slice and prepare meats, cheeses, CMS items, and maintain rotation standards while coaching team members and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• Ability to read planograms, layouts, and schematics
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and proactively assisting them with accurate information
• Making recommendations and accommodating requests
• Managing order guides/ordering deadlines/reducing shrink/damage
• Stocking and rotation of deli goods
• Directing teams to handle, slice and prepare meats, cheeses, CMS items
• On-the-job coaching and training through internal platform
