Job summary

Post Falls Super 1 is seeking a full-time deli supervisor to oversee weighing, labeling, and deli staff operations at our Post Falls, Idaho location. You will manage inventory, ensure product quality and freshness, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes implementing company policies, responding to customer needs, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and label products using scales and tares.
• Hire, schedule, train, and develop deli staff.
• Order, check, receive, and control inventory to ensure adequate levels and freshness and prevent out-of-code products.
• Implement company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.
• Monitor and report on components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff for top quality customer service.
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience.
• Identify and correct maintenance and repair issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of sales floor, work area, freezer, and equipment.
