Qualifications

• Food safety certification required or willing to become certified with knowledge of safety protocols.
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work cooperatively to meet department goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for guests and team members.
• Attention to detail in product rotation, inventory management, and following recipes.
• Capable of addressing guest concerns with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by recognizing and responding to guests' needs.
• Maintain high quality by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing deli products.
• Fulfill guest orders, including preparation and assembly of meal trays and dinners per recipes.
• Monitor product dates, freshness, and shrinkage; ensure items are dated and initialed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the department and logs per policy.
• Attend shifts reliably and coordinate coverage when needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
