Festival Foods in Fort Atkinson is seeking a Kitchen Production Clerk for part-time hours from 6 AM to 4 PM with weekend availability. You’ll ensure product freshness, monitor inventory, and assist in preparing custom meal orders in a fast-paced deli environment.

You will help deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain high food safety standards, and support a clean, safe kitchen. Prior food service experience and strong teamwork are valued for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Must be food safe certified with strong safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused deli setting.
• Attention to detail in rotation, dating, and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences by recognizing guests’ needs and providing excellent service.
• Ensure Quality Control by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing deli products and maintaining temperatures.
• Fulfill Guest Orders including preparation and tray assembly per recipes and procedures.
• Maintain Freshness and Accuracy by monitoring dates, freshness, and shrinkage; ensure products are dated and initialed.
• Support Cleanliness and Safety by keeping areas clean, organized, and sanitary; maintain food safety logs.
• Honor Commitments through regular attendance and reliable coverage for shifts.
• Support the Team with other duties as assigned.
