As a Deli Kitchen Manager, you will oversee deli kitchen operations, manage inventory and food quality, and drive production decisions to meet guest demand. Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences: Recognize and respond to guest needs to create memorable interactions.
• Lead and Develop Your Team: Train, support, and inspire deli associates, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Ensure High-Quality Standards: Monitor recipe execution, food safety, and presentation quality.
• Oversee Deli Operations: Manage inventory, vendor orders, food rotation, and temperature controls.
• Collaborate and Encourage Teamwork: Foster a positive, cooperative work environment.
• Drive Production Decisions: Analyze reports to adjust production levels appropriately.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure a sanitized and organized work environment.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences timely.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years, including 1 year in management within retail grocery, restaurant, or food service.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Focus on quality, safety, and inventory management.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures and training application.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Stand for long periods, bend, stoop, kneel.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work may involve exposure to extreme temperatures.

Work Schedule: Full-time, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
