Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Associate/Deli Clerk to manage deli and food service daily operations, ensuring sanitation, guest service, and store appearance.

You will process transactions, learn register systems, scales, and safety procedures, and prepare deli items while stocking products. Applicants should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Experience in foodservice or retail is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Work in walk‑in coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Process cash register transactions and give correct change.
• Learn to use register, scales, scanners and debit/credit terminals.
• Prepare, wrap, weigh, slice, and stock deli/food service items.
• Maintain a clean, organized check stand and production areas.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Display products following deli guidelines.
• Work safely around slicers, ovens, burners.
