Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service team, meet merchandising and guest service goals, and uphold food safety standards. You will recruit, onboard, schedule, and coach staff while ensuring timely orders and accurate pricing.

Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, stocking, and display, handling transactions, and maintaining clean, safe work areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with store management.
• Schedule, on-board and coach new team members.
• Oversee deli/food service prep, display and merchandising to standards.
• Process cash transactions and ensure correct weights/prices.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and inventory control.
