Job summary

Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Associate/ Deli Clerk. Our Fresh Food Associate is responsible for the store’s deli and food service daily operations, ensuring a high level of sanitation, store appearance and guest service.

Process cash register transactions, manage deli prep, and maintain pricing accuracy. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years foodservice or retail management experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Stand for long periods and work weekend/holidays.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process cash register transactions and refunds.
• Operate register, scales, scanners, and terminals.
• Read UPC codes, pricing, and signage.
• Prepare, wrap, weigh, slice, and stock deli/food service items.
• Maintain clean, neat check stand and production areas.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely completion.
• Follow safety around slicers, ovens, and burners.
• Assist at other locations as needed.
