Job summary

Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Associate/ Deli Clerk. Our Fresh Food Associate is responsible for the store's deli and food service daily operations, ensuring a high level of sanitation, store appearance and guest service.

We value people and community; the role involves handling deli items, food preparation, and customer interactions in a dynamic store environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• 2 years foodservice or retail management experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and an active driver's license.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Work in walk-in coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Process cash register transactions and provide change/refunds.
• Operate register, scales, scanners, and debit/credit terminals.
• Prepare, wrap, weigh, slice, and stock deli/food service products.
• Prepare meals, salads, sandwiches, and beverages.
• Maintain clean, organized check stand and production areas.
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy on shelves.
