Coborn's, Inc. is hiring a Department Manager to lead the Deli Department at our location. The role drives department performance by maximizing sales and gross profits, while directing ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness of products.

You will train, coach, and evaluate the team to ensure top-notch guest service and adherence to safety standards. The successful candidate will manage workload, inventory, and expenses, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Deli Department to maximize sales and gross profits through effective people and resource utilization.
• Direct and coordinate the ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness of department products.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the department team.
• Ensure all food safety and company safety practices are understood and followed.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping, guest service excellence, labor and expense control, and inventory management.
