Coborn’s is seeking a Deli Department Lead to oversee the Deli in the Department Manager’s absence, ensuring top-notch guest service and product quality. You’ll lead the Deli team, maintain freshness of salads and sliced meats, and educate guests at the counter while promoting samples and upselling where appropriate.

You will foster a friendly, engaging atmosphere, ensure health and sanitation compliance, and work to meet merchandising standards across the Kitchen & Deli.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Ensure merchandising standards, full stock, and appealing display at the deli counter.
• Educate and assist guests at kitchen and deli counter, promoting samples and upselling.
• Lead and develop Deli staff, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining health and safety standards.
