• Lead the Deli staff, ensuring high guest service standards and teamwork.
• Maintain top quality and freshness of all salad and sliced meat products.
• Educate and assist guests at the kitchen and deli counter, promoting samples and suggestions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
