Responsibilities

• Lead the Deli Department operations to drive sales and gross profit through effective staff utilization and resource management.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing and freshness of department products.
• Direct and coach team members, perform performance evaluations and handle accountability conversations.
• Ensure food safety and company safety practices are understood and followed.
