Coborn's in Michigan is seeking a Department Manager to lead the Deli Department, overseeing ordering, pricing, inventory, merchandising, and guest service while coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise workload, conduct evaluations, ensure food safety and company safety practices, and drive department performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness of department product.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping, guest service, employee relations, labor, gross profit, expense control, inventory, shrink, and safety practices.
• Direct workload of team members and conduct performance evaluations and accountability conversations.
