Responsibilities include supervising staff in the department, promoting a positive store image, handling pricing adjustments, coordinating catering, and maintaining sanitation standards to meet company guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deli environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Greets customers with a smile and addresses them by name when possible.
• Assists customers by guiding them to products and helping with loading or stocking items.
• Monitors pricing in the deli and makes adjustments as needed in the store system.
• Trains new employees and oversees day-to-day deli operations.
