Hannaford Supermarkets in Raymond, NH is seeking a Department Manager to oversee retail operations, drive merchandising standards and lead a team of store associates. You will be responsible for department appearance, customer service, schedules and inventory control.

The role requires ability to hire/train staff, manage financial objectives and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed. A college degree or equivalent is preferred; experience in department leadership is expected.
