You will lead day-to-day activities, support inventory and budget planning, and uphold our Customer 1st strategy while delivering outstanding service and quality products. Responsibilities include training associates, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting in promotions and customer service excellence across the deli.

• Ability to perform basic math and manage cash/receipts.

• Coordinate with team to meet store goals and budgets.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance reviews.
• Ensure food safety, temperatures, and logs are maintained.
• Slice deli meats and cheeses to customer orders and provide samples when appropriate.
• Advise customers on deli products and promotions, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
