Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6+ months of related experience and/or training.
• Completion of Company Orientation, food safety and sanitation training, and eCommerce Online Ordering training.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations, including scheduling work and training Partners.
• Provide superior customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Assist with inventory control, production planning, and back-up to Department Manager.
• Support Bakery/Beauty/Deli/Produce/Texas Backyard areas as assigned, ensuring safety and quality standards.
