Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Department Manager with all deli operations.
• Ensure guests at the deli counter receive remarkable service.
• Support slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling of deli items.
• Direct workload, coach, train, and evaluate staff when in charge.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping, inventory, and freshness of items.
• Manage expense control, shrink, and public relations duties.
