Mitchell SD is seeking a Department Manager to lead the Deli Department at our Mitchell, SD location. You will be the key leader responsible for department performance, maximizing sales and gross profits through effective use of staff and resources, while driving guest service excellence.

You will oversee ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and product freshness, maintain records, manage labor and expenses, control inventory and shrink, and ensure food safety and company safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading a department or team in retail or food service.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
