The Fresh Market is seeking a Deli Specialist who will maintain deli department excellence, ensure product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and food safety compliance. You’ll support inventory, rotation, and promotions, delivering an outstanding guest experience while upholding operational standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest engagement, and adaptability across flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• 1+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hotels, or related business.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop teams.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and scheduling tools.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure deli products meet freshness and quality standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain product placement.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness.
• Play a key role in compliance during item transitions and promotions.
• Follow all policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
