The Fresh Market is seeking a Deli Specialist to maintain deli department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. You will support inventory accuracy, ensure rotation, and prepare items for promotions with a guest-first approach.

You will work with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage planograms, and coordinate with leadership on ordering, receiving, and display upkeep for a busy fresh foods environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hotels, or general business.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving performance goals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure deli products meet freshness and quality standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
