Coborn's in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a Department Manager to lead the Deli Department. You will oversee ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining freshness while guiding a team to deliver outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing and freshness of department products.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and guest service.
• Lead and coach the department team, manage workload and evaluate performance.
• Control labor, gross profit, expenses, inventory and shrink; maintain public relations and stocking.
