Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or supermarket environment preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop associates, manage schedules and control labor costs.
• Knowledge of sanitation, health, and safety regulations applicable to the deli.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with questions, and promote products with a positive attitude.
• Assist with merchandising, ad execution, stock levels, and freshness control.
• Oversee inventories, weekly sales, orders, and supplies for accurate period-end counting.
• Monitor labor costs, review schedules, and help train and develop associates.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, labeling, and safety regulations; maintain records.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth deli operations and exceptional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
